Thinking about the example of Bogota, Colombia and the recent experiements in imagining and living into a city that cares, and an example from a TB program in India where patients are "adopted" by a family in the community who cares for the social, nutritional and emotional wellbeing of the patient allowing the patient to really focus on their health. Also thinking about the REP (Relationships Evolving Possibilities) initiative in my hometown of Minneapolis. I wonder what other examples are there of communities expanding into communities of care. How is the field of care shifting?
